With the Egger-Lienz collection, Lienz offers its visitors masterpieces of Austrian art that one would only expect in urban centers. Whether it"s "Dance of Death" or "War Women", "King Etzel"s Entry into Vienna" or "The Cross", the presentation in his homeland manifests the entire oeuvre from Historicism to Expressionism.

Embedded in these outstanding artworks, this year"s module within the exhibition deals with selected reproductions that made the enjoyment of great art possible for many.
